A WORLD OF SMILES Onlus is presently at work in NIMPURA a center ca. 120 km south west of Kolkata (Calcutta) near the city of Kharagpur, district of Midnapore in West Bengal, India and in SITBINDA a small village situated at ca. 90 km. south west  of Kolkata (Calcutta) near the Haur Railway Station, West Bengal, India.
