WHO WE ARE

An  abused child, like a nicked branch carries the imprints of that violence on it’s skin. A child fighting to survive like a plant beaten by the sun,  pays a toll that is not it’s own. Does every abused child:  abandoned, sick or orphan still have the strength to smile?

A WORLD OF SMILES Onlus for international cooperation was founded with the will to give strength to this voice in every situation where hardship, poverty, violence and underdevelopment have hindered the right to be children.

A WORLD OF SMILES Onlus activities are based on the preservation of the human rights promoting a culture of peace, solidarity and understanding between the people and cultures.

Among its various duties the Association is committed to planning and to the realization of communities which welcome minors who because of hardship, or victims of abuse, need support within their family or need to be distanced from the original family nucleus.

On the international level the Association is committed to realizing development projects in India for the local children deprived of the basic educational structures and sanitary assistance.

In all the activities the Association is oriented to care for and protect motherhood and the child.

The voluntary workers of A WORLD OF SMILES Onlus intervene directly or through local operators in case of natural catastrophe or in war zones, with humanitarian initiatives to the favor of the victims; following each donation until each contribution reaches it’s destination.

Members, Volunteers and Supporters contribute to the projects and fund raising campaigns to support the realization of the projects.
